Pennsylvania District of Kiwanis International

Kiwanis Club of Southampton

Membership Cost & Club Revenue

In comparison to the great satisfaction that membership in Kiwanis brings, and in view of the contributions that Kiwanis Clubs make to their communities, the cost is minimal. Our initial Club membership induction fee is $58.00 and annual dues are $100.00. Dues are billed annually. In accordance with the Club's bylaws, dues can only be used to finance the general administration of the Club. Other monies received from public fund raising projects are segregated from the administrative funds of this Club and used only for the charitable, educational and religious activities of the Club.

Our Club meets every 2nd and 4th Monday at 6:30 pm at:
Angelo's Restaurant
441 2nd Street Pike
Southampton, PA 18966-3433

The first Monday of December and March and the 2nd Monday in June, we honor the Student of the Month during these dinner meetings. Students are from Archbishop Wood, William Tennent High School and the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology. We award scholarships at the June dinner. These dinners are held at:

Lamberti's Cucina Restaurant
Feasterville Plaza Shopping Center
1045 Street Road & Bustleton Pike
Feasterville, PA 19053

During our meetings, members enjoy fellowship, laughter and a general good time. Regular attendance at our meetings, which is vital to the successful functioning of our Club, is encouraged but not mandatory. A weekly newsletter is used to inform members of the meeting agenda and Board of Director's activities.

Opportunities Of Membership

As a Kiwanis member, a person can help pinpoint our community's needs and work with people of similar persuasion to meet those needs.

As a Kiwanis member, one can achieve the enormous personal satisfaction that comes from contributing in a worthwhile way.

As a Kiwanis member, one can enjoy the natural fellowship that results from mutual effort directed toward the achievement of important goals.

As a Kiwanis member, one can take pride in affiliation with an organization of hundreds of thousands of persons around the world who are all seeking to improve their communities and the world.

Once one takes advantage of these opportunities, you, too, can feel the sense of pride and achievement common to all persons "who wear the K".
